All Line Shoulder Season (2025)
Information
Arriving
You must check-in and collect any pre-booked tickets from the Booking Office before boarding the train, please have your booking confirmation ready. Please arrive at Bodmin General (PL31 1AQ) 20–30 minutes before you are due to travel to allow time for parking, ticket collection, and using the station facilities or cafe.
Parking
We have a free car park (PL31 1AG) on site for customers. Please note that our car park can get very busy, so we recommend leaving plenty of time before your chosen departure time to park. If our car park is full, Victoria Square, PL31 1EB, is the closest pay and display car park, approximately a 4-minute walk.
We also have limited disabled parking outside the front of the station, next to the canopy. We ask all those using the disabled parking to display their blue badge.
Wheelchair Users
We have limited wheelchair availability. If you require a wheelchair space, please call or email us with your booking reference to guarentee a space. If you have not checked availbility before pre-booking tickets we may be unable to offer a space, if both are booked.
Travelling with Friends and Family
If you wish to travel with friends and family who have booked tickets separately, please let us know in advance so that we can seat you all together. We will try our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee.
Dogs
As stated on our website, we allow dogs on our regular day-to-day train service but not on our event trains or during our Christmas period. We have a strict 'Paws-on-Floors' policy and ask that you keep dogs on the lead.
